These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GoldStone Creative website and your purchase of products from GoldStone Creative. By accessing this website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

GoldStone Creative creates handmade, customized, personalized, engraved, and decorative products.

2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
- Submit false information
- Use another person’s payment information without authorization
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse GoldStone Creative designs or website content
- Introduce malicious software, code, or automated systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or website system
GoldStone Creative may restrict or discontinue access when these Terms are violated.
3. Product Information
GoldStone Creative makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and availability accurately.
However, colors may appear differently because of screen settings, lighting, photography, material differences, wood grain, paint, printing, engraving, or rhinestone variations.
Measurements may vary slightly because many products are handmade or individually finished.
Natural and handmade variations are not considered defects.
4. Product Availability
Products, materials, colors, sizes, and customization options are subject to availability.
GoldStone Creative may:
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products
- Substitute materials with customer approval
- Decline a customization request
- Cancel an order when materials are unavailable
- Correct inaccurate product information
If GoldStone Creative cannot complete an order, the customer will be contacted and any applicable payment will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted. GoldStone Creative may decline or cancel an order because of:
- Product or material unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment problems
- Incomplete customization details
- Inability to produce the requested design
- Suspected fraud
- Intellectual-property concerns
- Other reasonable business circumstances
Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed or agreed upon when the order is accepted.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping costs, personalization charges, and other fees disclosed before purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is produced or shipped, except when a separate deposit and balance arrangement has been approved.
7. Deposits
Some custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.
The deposit reserves production time and may cover design services, communication, planning, materials, or product preparation.
Design work and production will not begin until the required deposit has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed product is shipped or released to the customer.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may delay delivery. Deposits are not refunded when the customer cancels, fails to provide required information, fails to approve a proof, or does not complete payment.
8. Customization Information
Customers are responsible for submitting customization details accurately and completely.
This includes:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Capitalization
- Wording
- Colors
- Fonts
- Sizes
- Images
- Design instructions
- Shipping information
GoldStone Creative is not responsible for errors that appeared in information submitted or approved by the customer.
9. Design Proofs and Approval
When a proof is provided, the customer must review the entire design carefully.
Approval confirms that the customer accepts:
- Spelling
- Names and dates
- Wording
- Layout
- Placement
- Fonts
- Colors
- Overall design
Production will not begin until approval is received when proof approval is required.
Changes requested after approval may not be possible. Additional charges may apply when materials have been prepared, production has begun, or major revisions are requested.
Delays in proof approval may extend the completion and delivery timeline.
10. Customer-Submitted Images and Content
By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, names, phrases, or other materials, the customer confirms that they have permission to use them.
The customer may not request products that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
GoldStone Creative may decline any request believed to violate another party’s rights or applicable law.
The customer is responsible for claims resulting from materials they submitted without proper authorization.
11. Production Timelines
Production and delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Custom rhinestone tumbler orders generally require approximately four to six weeks for production and delivery. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
For orders requiring a deposit, the estimated timeline begins when the deposit is received. Delays caused by incomplete information, customer-requested changes, proof approval, material availability, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside GoldStone Creative’s control may extend the estimated completion date.
12. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after design work, material preparation, or production has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable. Charges may also apply for completed work, purchased materials, or customized components that cannot be reused.
13. Returns and Refunds
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.
GoldStone Creative does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on:
- A change of mind
- Incorrect customer-submitted information
- Details approved in a design proof
- Natural material variations
- Minor handmade variations
- Differences caused by screen or display settings
- Normal wear
- Improper care or use
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within three calendar days of delivery.

14. Shipping and Delivery
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. GoldStone Creative is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
GoldStone Creative is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Customers should report shipping damage within three calendar days and retain the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

15. Product Care and Use
Customers are responsible for following product-care instructions and using products appropriately.
GoldStone Creative is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Dishwashers
- Microwaves
- Soaking
- Harsh chemicals
- Abrasive cleaning
- Dropping
- Impact
- Excessive heat
- Improper storage
- Outdoor exposure when a product is intended for indoor use
- Normal wear and tear
- Other misuse

16. Intellectual Property
All original GoldStone Creative designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, website text, and other content are owned by or licensed to GoldStone Creative unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or use this content without written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, photograph, or intellectual property.
17. Website Accuracy and Availability
GoldStone Creative does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate prices, incorrect availability, or incomplete descriptions. GoldStone Creative may correct errors and update information at any time.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated by GoldStone Creative.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoldStone Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product use, delays, or an order.
GoldStone Creative’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where a different remedy is required by law.
