1. Choose Your Product
Begin by selecting the product you would like to customize from our shop.
Review the product description carefully for available sizes, colors, materials, design options, and other important details. Some products may offer dropdown selections, while others may require you to enter your customization information after placing your order.
2. Place Your Order
Complete your purchase through the product listing.
Please make sure your contact information and email address are entered correctly. We may need to contact you with questions or send your design proof for approval.
Payment is required before design work or production begins unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
3. Send Your Customization Details
After placing your order, provide all requested customization details.
Depending on the product, this may include:
- Names or initials
- Dates
- Colors
- Font preferences
- Wording or phrases
- Size selections
- Design ideas
- Reference photos
- Special instructions
Please enter names, dates, and wording exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information for accuracy. GoldStone Creative is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, capitalization, or other details submitted by the customer.
If additional information is needed, GoldStone Creative will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
4. Receive Your Design Proof
For products that require design approval, GoldStone Creative will create a digital proof based on the customization details you submitted.
The proof allows you to review:
- Spelling
- Names and dates
- Placement
- Layout
- Font choices
- Colors
- Overall design
Please review the entire proof carefully.
A proof is intended to show the general appearance and layout of the finished design. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, wood grain, printing, engraving, rhinestone colors, or other production factors.
5. Approve the Proof
Reply with your approval once you are satisfied with the design.
Production will not begin until the proof has been approved.
By approving the proof, you confirm that:
- All names are spelled correctly
- All dates and wording are correct
- The layout is approved
- The selected colors and design details are approved
- The product is ready for production
Changes requested after approval may not be possible. If production has already begun, additional charges may apply.
Delays in approving the proof may also delay the completion and shipment of your order.
6. Your Order Is Created
After approval, your order will move into production.
Each item is created individually, and slight variations may occur. These variations are a normal part of working with handmade products and materials such as wood, acrylic, resin, vinyl, engraving, paint, and rhinestones.
Natural wood may contain variations in grain, knots, color, and texture. Handmade placement and finishing may also vary slightly from photographs or digital proofs.
These differences help make every GoldStone Creative product unique.
7. Your Order Is Shipped or Prepared for Pickup
Once your item is complete, it will be packaged and prepared for shipping or local pickup, when available.
If your order is being shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Any turnaround time listed on the website refers to the estimated time needed to create your item and does not include carrier transit time.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact GoldStone Creative before placing your order. Rush requests cannot always be accommodated.
Important Custom Order Information
Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Please contact GoldStone Creative promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
